A refund of the paid amount is applicable only in the following situations.
- If the transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your account
- The amount paid for any product/service is non-refundable in any case (except the above situation).
- In any case (except the first), KMCH Alumni Foundation is not obliged to refund your amount
- For Membership: If any discrepancy is found in your details, your life membership will be cancelled without a refund.
If you are eligible for the refund, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
